The installation was very smooth as we had several meetings to discuss the solution prior to install. Rory was able to provide the builders with detailed information on where the cat 5's needed to be located and advise where the best place was to locate tills etc. Also, Sinead was super at programming and of course training the staff. I don't believe any organisation should be without Maitre'D. I also believe that the guest reservation system GuestCentrix is definitely the first choice for reservation systems because it links directly to Maitre'D...I regret not installing this in Dukes. If I was to do it all again it would be both systems together. Support from Hospitality I.T. is excellent, friendly, efficient and nothing is any trouble. We wanted a new system that could give us a faster service to suit our busy hotel, in turn increasing customer satisfaction and profitability.
The system suits the many areas of our business and has proven to be efficient and user-friendly. Since installing Maitre'D we have increased the speed of service and are now able to monitor our stock results so much better.
One report that we have found very successful is the Item Report Per Employee report. We use this for a Food & Beverage staff incentive scheme which has proved very popular with the staff and has increased our average spend per customer.

We were looking for a new system because our old till and software didn't give us the scope we needed. We needed better software for keeping a check of stock, the ability to add/remove products, ease of use for staff and new functions such as bar tabs etc. Maitre’D has been very easy to use and has satisfied all our requirements and more.

We needed a POS system which would interface with Opera (Micros Fidelio) and give us a full suite of applications from purchasing through to back office accounting spread over a wide range of bars and restaurants.
Maitre’D has given us better cash and stock control with integration to our front office system, avoiding missed charges. It has also allowed us to continually monitor guest demands and menu popularity so we can respond in a timely fashion to the market. The level of control has improved and the void sales in particular are much better handled.
The sales reports have allowed us to target cost issues and reconcile potential losses with reports being targeted to each department and available on many computers. The system lived up to the pre-installation promises. Training was concise and well directed; the installation was smooth and the after sales service very effective.
Support has been excellent, and I would have no hesitation is recommending the Maitre’D system and Hospitality I.T. team to any professionals who need and appreciate a high level of competence and co-operation.
